Pallet Supports

Pallet Supports are supported at both ends by the pallet rack beams. Pallet support bars provide a secondary support member for your pallet rack systems. They allow you to have extra support when the pallets aresn’t set “Just Right” in the pallet location. Pallet Support bars will prevent your pallets from falling through between the beams and potentially damaging product or injuring someone.

There are a few different types of pallet support bars.

The waterfall pallet supports lay on top of the pallet rack beam and waterfall over the face. The bulk of the support is provided by the lower portion of the step of the beam. You can use a Tek Screw to fasten the pallet support to your pallet rack beam face by drilling through the vertical portion of the pallet support that wraps over the face of the beam.

The (Hat Channel Pallet Support/Lay-in Pallet Support) type lays in the step of the pallet rack beam and is typically tek screwed in the step of the beam to hold it in place. Note the small pre-drilled holes in the lip of the Hat Channel Pallet Support which enable you to easily attached it to your pallet racking system.
