Let’s say that the awkward shape of a particular series of items in your inventory makes it difficult to secure the items to pallets, and the troublesome shape makes it difficult to load them into push-back racks because one pallet cannot be pushed against another. The answer? Pallet collars, which provide a wall around the outside of the pallet to accommodate push-back rack loading and add rigidity as well.

Approximately 84 bays of 4 deep x 2 wide. 24 of these bays are 4 high or 32 pp per bay. The remainder are 3 high or 24 pp per bay.

Approximately 56 bays of 3 deep x 2 wide. All of these bays are 3 high or 18 pp per bay. The uprights are a minimum of 22′ tall, and the beams are 96″ long x 4″ and 5″ Face. Five are 12′ wide bays. Three are 4 deep x 3 wide x 2 high, and two are 3 deep x 3 wide x 2 high.

Per the manufacturer Unarco, this rack system was built to support 2,000 lbs per pp. up to a 68″ opening. All of the Uprights, including the monoposts, have 6″x 6″ SFP, and the front posts on the 54″ uprights are reinforced to 30″.
